Commission is generated only after successful customer payments. No commission is paid on refunds or cancelled subscriptions. Commission is calculated from subscription revenue excluding VAT.
Either side may terminate the partnership at any time. Existing attributed subscriptions remain commissionable according to the applicable commission period.
